Large-scale EV Charging Installation

Chicago EV, a division of Sievert Electric, in collaboration with ABM, successfully implemented a comprehensive EV charging solution for Performance Food Group’s facility in Montgomery, IL. The project involved establishing a new 3000A electric vehicle service and integrating five Level 3 truck chargers specifically designed for heavy-duty electric vehicles. To accommodate future expansion, we also prepared the necessary make-ready infrastructure for five more charging units.

Beyond the high-capacity truck chargers, our scope included installing two Pure Electric Orange chargers, two ChargePoint Level 2 chargers, and the electrical supply for 20 truck block heaters. This initiative highlights Sievert Electric’s expertise in designing and deploying sophisticated electrical systems that effectively support large-scale fleets and meet the rising need for sustainable transport options.
